Where It All Began

Chirimi Craft Co. was born from a deep love of the ocean and a belief that the most beautiful things in life are made by hand. What started as a personal passion for collecting coastal treasures and transforming them into meaningful home pieces has grown into a small, dedicated studio creating handcrafted shell pieces with care, patience, and purpose.

The Handmade Difference

Our natural shell pieces are handcrafted to celebrate what makes each shell special. Nature gives every shell its own texture, color, iridescence and shape; working by hand brings those individual details into the finished design. From whole-shell forms to shell inlay and decorative shell handles, no two finished shell pieces are exactly alike. The piece you receive may vary from the photographs, carrying a character all its own.

Our wider collection also includes designs inspired by the sea, made from other materials. Each product description identifies its materials, care guidance and intended use, so you can choose the right piece for your home.

Natural Shell, No Added Coating

We work with genuine natural shell, carefully polishing its surface without adding a coating. This considered finish brings out the shell’s natural luster while preserving its original texture, distinctive markings and individual character. Every shell has its own color and organic shape, making every handcrafted shell piece one of a kind. This describes the natural shell surfaces; decorative edging, metal fittings and other components are identified in each product’s details.

Ethically Sourced, Ocean-Minded

We take our responsibility to the ocean seriously. All shells and natural materials used in our pieces are ethically sourced — collected sustainably or sourced from responsible suppliers who share our values. We never use materials that harm marine ecosystems, and we're committed to keeping our footprint as light as the sea breeze.
